All products catalogued, distributed, or supplied by Ligaya Labs are strictly laboratory research reagents, chemical compounds, and analytical reference materials intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research, scientific investigation, and analytical assays.

Under no circumstances are our products medicines, pharmaceuticals, therapeutics, or medical devices. They are strictly not for human or veterinary use, and must never be used for clinical trials, human consumption, animal administration, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic intervention, or any application in or on humans or animals.

Ligaya Labs provides zero dosing, reconstitution protocols for biological administration, or usage guidance. Any information presented on this site is exclusively for technical, chemical, and scientific classification.

Purchases from Ligaya Labs are restricted exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are acting in a verified professional, commercial, or academic research capacity (including independent laboratory scientists, academic investigators, biochemical analysts, and institutional researchers).

By submitting an order, you warrant and represent that you possess the requisite technical knowledge, safety equipment, and laboratory containment facilities to handle lyophilised peptides and biochemical reagents safely and lawfully. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, withhold, or cancel orders where we reasonably believe these criteria are not met.

Products displayed across the Ligaya Labs catalogue are currently shown as “Coming soon”. No commercial orders or retail transactions are being accepted at this time.

Nothing displayed on this website constitutes a binding offer to sell or contract. All catalogue displays, specifications, and previews are informational only. Once ordering officially opens, these terms and conditions will govern all transactions and customer orders.

All published prices, batch allocations, and product specifications are subject to revision or withdrawal at any time without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, and items may be discontinued or subject to batch lead times.

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure typographical and numerical accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occasionally occur. Where an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend any affected order before dispatch.

The submission of an order via our online checkout represents an offer by you to purchase the specified laboratory research materials subject to these terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance at our sole discretion. An order shall be deemed accepted, and a legally binding contract formed between Ligaya Labs and the purchaser, only when we issue a formal confirmation of dispatch or written order acceptance. Automated order acknowledgement emails do not constitute contractual acceptance.

Payment must be completed in full using the payment methods offered at checkout once ordering opens. All orders must be settled and confirmed prior to order fulfilment or product dispatch.

All prices and transactions are denominated and billed in pounds sterling (GBP, £). Applicable delivery charges or taxes will be clearly itemised and confirmed at checkout prior to final order submission.

Ligaya Labs operates an exclusive UK domestic dispatch model. We deliver strictly to addresses within the United Kingdom and do not offer international dispatch or overseas transit.

Any dispatch dates and transit times indicated are non-binding estimates only. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon recorded delivery at the specified UK address.

Lyophilised peptides and laboratory reagents may require immediate temperature-controlled storage upon receipt, as specified on the label or packaging. The buyer assumes sole responsibility for prompt transfer into suitable refrigerated or frozen storage facilities.

Due to the delicate nature of biochemical compounds and analytical reagents, returns can only be considered for items that remain in their original, sealed, and unopened manufacturer packaging. Returns cannot be accepted where cold-chain integrity, storage conditions, or tamper-evident seals cannot be independently assured.

You must contact our operations team prior to returning any shipment at sales@ligayalabs.co.uk to obtain written return authorisation. Unauthorised returns will be refused. Nothing in this clause affects statutory rights that may apply to you, noting that transactions with commercial and research purchasers are conducted on a business-to-business basis.

A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is sent on purchase, and is also available on request. Qualified research institutions and purchasers may request analytical documentation by contacting support@ligayalabs.co.uk.

All analytical values, chromatograms, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) data, and mass spectrometry specifications are provided strictly for research, identification, and quality verification purposes, reflecting batch testing performed at the time of synthesis.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or restrict our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order or the supply of materials—whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise—shall be strictly limited to the purchase price paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Ligaya Labs accepts no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from improper handling, misuse, storage failure, or any application of products outside the strictly defined laboratory research purposes. The buyer assumes all liability for safe handling, laboratory compliance, and adherence to relevant chemical safety regulations.

All intellectual property rights, trademarks, brand assets, technical copy, graphics, and software comprising this website are the property of Ligaya Labs or its licensors.

Visitors are granted a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive licence to access and view site content solely for lawful research evaluation and placing orders. Any unauthorised extraction, scraping, reproduction, or commercial redistribution of content is strictly prohibited.

Ligaya Labs reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms and conditions at our discretion to reflect operational developments, regulatory adjustments, or legal requirements.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these terms or the supply of materials by Ligaya Labs.
